Rupert Valentino Joins DracGoth & Etagloc

When AGMs Shey, Dale and Gigi vanished into thin air, Princess Blue Holly sprang into action.

She peered into her Tangle – Heart.

It showed her an image of OtherWorld. She saw DracGoth and Etagloc, marionettes at the feet of the SheyGoth effigy.

Rupert Valentino had imprisoned AGMs Shey, Gigi and Dale in a cage. The plan was to turn DracGoth and Etagloc back into normal monsters, and divvy up the AGMs amongst themselves. PBH listened in on their conversation.

DracGoth – You idiot! Moron! Nincompoop! You left the incantation on your coffee table? You’re no 13th cousin of mine.

Rupert – Knock it off, will ya! I told ya, I’ll just slip back through “Nowhere and Nothing” to Earth, grab the incantation offa the coffee table and vavoom, I’m back here.

Etagloc – Hissss… hack, cough…. can ya pick me up some smokes before ya vavoom? COUGH… hissssss.

Rupert – You idiot! Moron! Nincompoop! I’ll think about it.

With that, Rupert took off!

Knowing Rupert Valentino would transverse through “Nowhere and Nothing”, PBH changed outfits, and tucked 2 magic peach blossoms from AGM Dale’s magic peach tree into her bustier.

Sure enough, in the middle of “Nowhere and Nothing”, Princess Blue and Rupert Valentino (a legend in his own mind) came face to face. He accosted her with a knife.

Rupert – What’re you gonna do now, Blue Holly? Attack me with your feeble poisonous whip? This knife will be the end of it, and you.

At that moment, Blue Holly took out one magic peach blossom, placed it in the centre of her palm, and blew it at Rupert.

Rupert began going through a series of demented changes. While PBH waited for the full effect to take hold on Rupert, she slipped into a new outfit.

AGMs Marina and Holly were modelling Art Gowns from the Classic Collection.

Marina was modelling Belle Grâce, Timothy’s dedicated Art Gown.

Holly was modelling her very own dedicated Art Gown Velvet Tango.

Rebecca was thrilled how the gowns fit so perfectly.

Girls, it’s going to be a magnificent show! Ahh, there’s nothing like the classics. RR should be here shortly to try on Cleopatra CapriccioThen, as soon as Blue Holly rescues Shey, Dale and Gigi, I shall continue gown selections and try ons!

Suddenly, there was a new presence in the room. A three armed woman stood blocking the doorway. Thing is the door was gone!

Bezella – I’m here to be an Art Gowns Model!

DracGoth – What the hell is keeping Rupert? He shoulda been back by now!

Etagloc – Ahhhack – hissss He better remember my smokes! COUGH!

PBH – “Hello boys! Waiting for someone?”

Having delivered marionette Rupert to the SheyGoth effigy, Blue Holly took the second magic peach blossom from her bodice. She blew it at the caged AGMs. In a blizzard of peach blossoms, they were freed and on their way back to earth.

PBH raced through “Nowhere and Nothing” to get back on Earth, before the AGMs arrived.

Back on Earth PBH morphed back into her alter ego. Ms. Rosso threw on a simple house gown. She proceeded to the Art Gowns room, for her fitting.

Sacré bleu! The door was gone, a mirror in its stead! Now what, she thought?

RR could hear the blizzard of peach blossoms bringing Shey, Gigi and Dale back. She’d have to think about what to do later. The AGMs were about to land!

Princess Blue Holly’s Mystic Owls

Princess Blue Holly was at a stalemate battling with Etamilc. She knew Hyperion could lay a final blow, if he arrived in time!

My unease for days has troubled me, when in my study the eyes of my Black Dragon statue begin to glow. From his mouth came the pleas for help from Princess Blue Holly.

Enraged that she may be in immortal danger, I transform to the Ancient Black Dragon of the North and follow the current trails of Blue Holly’s urgent plea back to the scene where Etamilc has enslaved the Art Gown Models and My Lady.

Etamilc has chosen my element of water to battle me. Pity there is no chance of success. I dive to the depths and exhale a mighty flame that roils the water in a tornadic blast. The water turns to steam. My Lady, and the Art Gowns Models begin to rise from their hapless imprisonment. I remain to ensure there is no repeat of Etamilc’s pitiful shenanigans.

As Hyperion converted the massive amount of water into steam, they became humungous clouds. Princess Blue Holly’s mermaid outfit became too, heavy. She morphed into a new outfit she had designed especially for riding clouds.

With help from Resa & Dale’s trees; she gently guided Etamilc, now a phenomenal pink clouds formation to Tim’s magic tree sanctuary.

After being placed between Resa’s Cottonwood and Dale’s Peach tree, the clouds contracted, leaving Etamilc as a soft fluffy cloud. She was renamed Lil’ Eta, and would live in harmony with the magic trees.

With utmost urgency, PBH looked into her Tangle-Heart. Using it as a beacon, she called the Master Mystic Owl to it.

As Princess Blue Holly transformed into Rene Rosso’s spirit form, all Mystic Owls were sent out via the Tangle-Heart. Their mission: fly the Art Gowns Models back to Chicago.

As Rene Rosso flew on her owl back to Chicago, she realized the Art Gowns Models’ gowns would be too, heavy for the Mystic Owls. Further, now that the AGMs’ feet were unplanted, Dale’s Peach tree was no longer confused.

Working in tandem with Resa’s Cottonwood, the 2 magic trees managed to transform all of the AGMs into spirit forms, wearing all new spirit gowns.

The Art Gowns Models were oblivious to their reconstitutions. All they heard was music. Dale heard “live, solo, electric guitar stylings”.

Shey heard The Stones “Jumping Jack Flash”, and Dylan’s “Knocking on Heaven’s Door”.

Gigi  was surrounded by Queen’s “Crazy Little Thing Called Love”.

Holly  was immersed in Candy Dulfer and Dave Stewart jamming on “Lily Was Here”.

Marina swelled to the heartbreak of “It’s All Over Now Baby Blue”, by Bob Dylan.

Although it was about to storm, each Mystic Owl put an AGM on its back and flew away.

Suddenly, a very dangerous lightening storm broke out.  Rene Rosso sent her rendition of “Ain’t No Sunshine” (based on Melody Gardot’s version) out to the AGMs to protect them on their flight back to Chicago.

Meanwhile, back in Chicago, One-Eye was quite stressed. Ms. Rosso had had Rebecca Budd art direct an all out extravaganza, for the last night’s performance in Chicago. Tickets were sold out!

The show was set to start in less than 2 hours. Would Rene Rosso & the Art Gowns Models get back in time? Stay tuned for the next episode to find out!

FYI – The Spirit Gowns were drawn all, or in most part to the songs named under their sketches. {“live, solo, electric guitar stylings”, “Baby Blue”, “Jumping Jack Flash”, & “Knocking on Heaven’s Door”} were played by the Band Under Resa’s Bed.

Art Gowns’ Paris Adventure

When Rene Rosso was asked to sing in Paris, well, she said YES!

Of course, she had several requests. One, was that the Art Gowns would open for her with a fashion show. She had a special gown designed, just to announce the Art Gowns.

First out on the runway in “The Tulle Collection” was Gigi. In an asymmetric one sleeved stunner named “The Twirl”,  she swept the stage with ease.

Holly totally glammed it up for the catwalk. She had wanted to ride out onto the stage on a motorcycle. It had to be a Harley, but they couldn’t find an acceptable one, on such short notice.

Rene Rosso, being a class act, sent out a big Thank you to the Beauty Team.

Taking care of the Wardrobe is the very capable Bijou. She wields a hot iron like no one else.  Stay good and  you won’t  get your  face pressed!

Margot is the hair stylist. She was once up for a Golden Globe award.

Geneviève, one of the best make-up artists, ever, to graduate from The Coop will be attending the Maquillage.

Of course there are unsung heroes. Rene Rosso insisted they come out to the stage for a bow, to hearty applause.

Above, Bridgette is responsible for all of the staging. Below is Adrienne, the Tour Manager.

Then it was back to The Art Gowns fashion show, with the vivacious Dale leading the way  in an Avant Garde specialty.

For Shey, inspiration was taken from her romantic period novels. During the flight to Paris, the Art Gowns read The Viking and The Courtesan. The girls are all still chattering away about it!

Marina is for real, even as she models this Faux Ballerina number.

It was time for Rene Rosso to perform a song. She adores the Parisienne audiences. In an Art Gown designed by Resa, and stage production design by Bridgette to look like a painting,

… she torched with “La Vie en Rose”. Her favourite version is by Melody Gardot.

Suddenly, on the last note of the song, the lights went BLACK!…..

… and Princess Blue Holly found herself in the night’s streets of Paris.Changing to her Crimes in a City’s Dark Corners outfit, she climbed to the roofs of Paris.

Hiding by a Gargoyle on on the southeast tower of Notre Dame Cathedral, Princess Blue Holly awaited the dawn and for her Tangle – Heart to guide her.

What was happening? How had Rene Rosso become Princess Blue Holly without conscious effort? Where were the Art Gowns? Where was her Tangle-Heart? Would the master of her inner dragons, Hyperion be able to help her?
